It’s a proven fact that most people start their search for their new home online. So when you sell your home it makes sense to have your home posted on as many sites as possible, doesn’t it?

We do a few other things that other Realtors don’t. As an example, we pay extra to get your home featured at the top of the search in Realtor.com.

QR Codes and Internet Pricing

Another thing we do is we make use of QR Codes. When we list a home, we make a page dedicated to your home. The QR code is then placed on the lawn sign in front of your home. People who drive by can scan the QR Code and get the particulars on the home, such as asking price, taxes, number of bedrooms and more. In addition, we recommend asking prices which correspond with internet searches.

So when you’re ready to sell, give us a call. We’ll be happy to provide a report on what similar homes in the neighborhood have sold for recently. We can also explain more about our internet marketing strategy and some of our other programs.
