About Chapel Hill Middletown

One of the neighborhoods in Middletown, New Jersey, is Chapel Hill. The homes for sale in Chapel Hill are mostly single family homes, however there is one condo community. And this condo Community is called The Villages at Chapel Hill. Located in the rolling hills near the southern end of Middletown, it’s on the east side of Route 35, north of Red Bank.

Due to low crime rates, highly rated public school system,the area’s affluence and it’s central location for commuters, Middletown was ranked in 2006, 2008, and 2010, and 2014 Top 100 in CNNMoney.com’s Best Places to Live. The population of Middletown is over 60,000 people.

Commuters like living in Middletown, because there are many options to get to New York. The Seastreak Ferry is a short drive away and there’s a New Jersey transit train station in Middletown. However, if you prefer riding the bus, bus service is available on both Route 35 and Route 36.

Education

Students will attend the schools in Middletown, which has 12 elementary schools, 3 middle schools and two high schools. The student population in the 17 schools is around 10,000 students.

Students in high school can also decide to attend one of the five full time schools in the Monmouth County Vocational School District. The schools offer educations in Communications, Bio Technology and other fields.

Shared time programs are also offered. Some of the available programs are Electricity and Allied Health.

Many private schools are in the area, such as Ranney School, Christian Brothers Academy and Oak Hill Academy to name a few. And my wife would be very angry if I didn’t mention her alma mater, Red Bank Catholic. Brookdale Community College’s main campus in the Lincroft section of Middletown.,
