About Allentown Homes
The historic village of Allentown, NJ is in the western part of Monmouth County. Filled with historic buildings, shopping, restaurants and open spaces, Allentown is just a few short miles from Princeton. Allentown is known as one of New Jersey’s most walkable and charming downtown areas. This historic town is filled with a total of 255 homes and buildings that are in the State and National Historic District.

All students will attend the schools from the Upper Freehold Regional School District. This school system educates students from both Allentown and Upper Freehold. When students enter high school they attend Allentown high school. In addition, students from Millstone Township also attend this school.
When students enter high school they may also apply to one of the five high schools in the Monmouth County Vocational School District. Specialized courses are available in fields such as Allied Health & Science and High Technology. Also courses in Culinary Arts and Plumbing are available, among others, on a part time basis.
There are also numerous private schools in the area.
There are no major roads that pass through Allentown. However, just outside the borough you can easily access Interstate 195 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
